Terms of Use

These conditions govern access to Stewart County Court Docket. Visiting a page, reading its content, or submitting a search confirms agreement with them. Anyone who does not accept the conditions must discontinue use.

NO FCRA USE. This private resource is unaffiliated with every court and government body. It and its advertising partners do not offer services for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or any other decision regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Its sole role is directing readers to Stewart County and Georgia docket resources. It is neither a private investigator nor a consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This private reference site has no government or court connection. It does not hold official records and cannot retrieve a docket, file a document, or alter a setting.

Its content points toward Stewart County custodians, including Mona Dudley for Superior Court and separate Probate, Magistrate, Juvenile, and municipal clerks, as well as PeachCourt and other outside resources.

2. Informational Use Only

All content is general information. It cannot replace the official Stewart County file, a court order, or advice from an attorney. Material facts should be checked with the clerk or court holding the case.

3. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

  • Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
  • Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
  • Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
  • Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
  • Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
  • Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

This operation is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and produces no credit report, background check, or consumer report. Site or linked-tool data must not be used to:

  • Decide whether to hire or fire someone
  • Screen potential renters or housing applicants
  • Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
  • Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
  • Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

Any lawful screening for a regulated purpose must come from an FCRA-compliant provider.

5. No Legal Advice

No content is legal advice. Only a licensed Georgia attorney can advise how a charge, order, case, or deadline affects a particular person.

6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

Content and services are supplied "as is," without a promise that:

  • The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time
  • The site will stay up and running without interruptions
  • Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes
  • Results from our partner search tools will be thorough or accurate

Filings, resets, amendments, dismissals, seals, and dispositions can change a docket. Delays and gaps are unavoidable. Treat no page as an official statement, and verify each important entry or date with the originating Stewart County clerk.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Links lead to court and clerk sites, PeachCourt, legal-aid resources, and private services outside this operation’s control. Their content, availability, prices, and data practices are their responsibility. Review their terms before use.

8. Intellectual Property

Stewart County Court Docket or its content partners own the site’s text, graphics, logos, and code. Copying, adapting, or distributing that material requires prior written permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for loss arising from site use, linked services, or reliance on information obtained through either.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from claims caused by your site use or violation of these terms, including related legal fees and costs.

11. Governing Law

Georgia law governs these terms. The Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-18-70 et seq., may apply to records held by covered public custodians, while Uniform Superior Court Rule 21 addresses public access and sealing in Superior Court. Neither authority makes this private site an official custodian. A dispute arising from site use must be brought in a court located in Georgia.

12. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised. A new version becomes effective when published on this page.
